Homemade Noodles for Ramen!

I was inspired to make this ramen recipe when I went to Japan. I had such an amazing experience there and couldn’t let it go to waste. I wanted to recreate my ramen experience again so I decided to do it right here in my own home!

The ingredients you will need for this recipe is 3 cups of flour, 3/4 cups of water, a half tsp of salt, and a pasta maker.


Start by getting 3 cups of flour and try to make it as exact as possible.


Pour the flour into a bowl along with the salt and water.


Next, mix the flour until the flour comes together in small chunks. Make sure you don’t add any extra water.


After you finish mixing the flour together, use your hand and squeeze the flour together into a big chunk.


This is what it should look like.


Next, tear smallish sized chunks out of your big chunk of dough and flatten it out with your palm and feed it through the pasta maker.


After you perfectly roll the dough out, spread flour all over one side.


When you finish spreading the flour, feed the dough into the noodle making part of the machine and watch the magic happen.



Make sure that you spread the noodles a bit so it doesn’t stick into a big clump.

This plate of noodles is only one part of the big chunk of dough!

Garlic Butter Shrimp!

      This delicious Garlic Butter Shrimp recipe was made for a special occasion. It was my moms birthday!! My mom usually cooked for me so I thought a good birthday present was to cook her a fantastic dinner after a long day! This recipe is simple and easy to learn. It’s good for all types of events and is quick to make! For this recipe, you’ll need 2 pounds of shrimp, 8 tablespoons of butter(one small block of butter), salt, pepper, 5 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of flour/cornstarch, and half a lemon

First, you need to peel all the shrimp.

After you finish peeling the shrimp, set them aside and begin making the sauce. Start off by melting 3 tablespoons of butter into the pan with a medium high temperature.

After the butter melts, pour the peeled shrimp into the pan and stir it around.

Stir the shrimp until they’re all pink. (Usually takes 3-5 minutes) You can put the salt and pepper to your tasting.

While the shrimp is cooking, mince your 5 cloves of garlic.

When all the shrimp are pink, pour them into a separate bowl and set them aside. Pour your 5 cloves of garlic into the pan and stir the minced garlic until fragrant.

Squeeze half a lime into the garlic and continue to mix it for 1-2 minutes.

Put the rest of the butter in the sauce and mix it for 2-3 minutes.

Mix it all together at a low heat for 2-3 minutes.

When the sauce is done, pour the shrimp back into the pan and mix 2 teaspoons of flour or cornstarch into the sauce. (Make sure to mix the cornstarch with a little water before pouring it in with the sauce) Mix them together for another 2 minutes and it should be done!

Pour it into a plate for the final product!(Optional to put parsley/cilantro to decorate)

Delicious and Easy Chipotle Ham and Cheese Sandwich!

This recipe is very simple! It’s extremely delicious and is not too time-consuming. It takes around 10-15 minutes to make but it’s definitely worth it.


Your ingredients for this recipe are mayo, chipotle peppers, cheddar cheese slices, butter, and any bread to your liking. ( I chose sourdough bread)


First, we make the sauce!


Pour the chipotle peppers into a blender and squeeze around half a cup of mayo. You can add more mayo if it’s too spicy.


Blend it all up!


Pour the sauce into a separate bowl and let it sit.


Now onto the sandwich! First, rub butter into your pan at medium heat.

Next, place your bread inside and rub it into the butter, make sure you flip it and do the same after the bread is toasted.


After that, add some salt to spike some flavor into it! Make 2 of these toasted slices of bread.


Now it’s time to add the cheese. Make sure when the cheese is melted you don’t let the bread burn. Make sure you only put cheese on one side.


When the cheese is done melting, place your ham on.


Rub the chipotle sauce on the other bread and spread it out.


Put the final slice of bread on top to finish it off!

Optional to cut in half but it makes it twice as good for me :D.

Delicious Home Cooking: California Roll Sushi

Hey there! This week I have decided to add a little Japanese into the food mix. The food, Sushi! The food many people like to eat but don’t know where else to get it besides a restaurant. Well, we have come up with a recipe for a very basic and popular roll. The California Roll. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 3 Cup of Calrose Rice, 3 Teaspoon Vinegar, 4 Teaspoon Sugar, Roasted or raw Sesame Seeds,

Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 bag of Imitation Crab, Dried Seaweed, 1 Avocado


1. Cook the Rice First. Pour Vinegar & Sugar mix Into hot Rice


2) Mix all up Together


3) Use Food Processor to Chop Imitation Crab Into Small Pieces and Add 2 Tablespoons Condensed Milk to Crab and Mix or to Taste


4)Roast Sesame Seeds if Raw


5)Place Seaweed on Board


6)Place Thin Layer of Rice on Top


7)Spread Evenly


8) Sprinkle Roasted Sesame Seeds on Rice and Flip Over


9) add Crab on top


10) Add Avacado


11) Tuck and Roll



12) If available, use Bamboo Rolling mat to Shape Sushi.



13) Cut Into Even Pieces

How To Make a Delicious and Healthy Omelette

As a high school student, I would like to teach you all how to make a very delicious, simple, and healthy omelette for breakfast!


For this 1 person omelette recipe, you will need 2 mushrooms, 1/2 bell peppers, 1/2 onions, 2 eggs, 1 green onion, salt, and pepper.

(Cheese is optional)

(If it’s for 2 people just double the ingredients).


First, you cut your mushrooms into thin slices.


After you’re done slicing the mushrooms, dice them into even smaller pieces.


After you’re finished with the mushrooms, cut your bell peppers into thin slices.


Proceed to dice your bell peppers.


Now you slice your onions!


After you slice them, dice them!


Now that you’ve finished cutting everything, turn your stove on to medium heat and put 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the pan. After you’ve let the oil heat up,  put all of your sliced ingredients into the pan.


Make sure that you mix it up and don’t overcook it! You can also add a little salt and/or pepper for more flavour!

Now it’s time to make the eggs. First, put 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and a pinch of salt into the eggs and proceeded to mix it together.


After it’s all mixed up, pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil into the pan and let it heat up over medium heat. When it’s all heated up pour the eggs in and tip the pan around so the eggs will go into a circular shape.

(It is optional to put cheese in the omelette while it’s cooking.)


After you’ve finished, carefully place your omelette onto a plate and put your cooked veggies inside. After, fold the omelette over!


Finally, the finished product! You can also add ketchup or any fruits and vegetables on the side to your liking!

Delicious Macaroni and Cheese!

Many many people love the dish Macaroni and Cheese!! It’s very easy to make and delicious to eat!



These are the ingredients you need to make it!

(Cheese, Milk, Butter, and Macaroni)


First, you boil your water and pour all your macaroni inside!


After it’s finished cooking, use a strainer to scoop it out and set it to the side!


It’s time to make your sauce! First, rub some butter into the pan and pour 1 cup of milk inside of a non-sticking pan.


After, add in a half cup of cheddar cheese. Make sure the stove heat is at medium heat and constantly stir the cheese.

After thoroughly stirring for 5-10 minutes your sauce should look like this!


When your sauce is done, pour your sauce into the macaroni!


Now all you have to do is stir!


Time to enjoy your delicious Macaroni and Cheese!

Hello, readers. This week we have an easy to make Carne Asada taco with salsa and guacamole.

Ingredients: Cilantro, 3 cloves of Garlic, 2 lemons, Salt, Pepper, Skirt Steak


Begin by chopping up Cilantro and Garlic


Place Ingredients Into Bowl and Mix. Cover and Place in Fridge for up to 2 hours



Cook Steak at Medium Heat


Cut Meat Into Small Chunks


Heat Up Taco Shells


Fun time!


Place Meat, Salsa, and Guacamole On to Taste


Almost there!

How to Make Salsa the Easy way

      Hello readers we have decided to spice things up here at Music Eagles. Yes, we have started creating food content. The reason behind all of this is because of our fascination and interest in food. Growing up, we ate all different types of food from a multitude of cultures. With that in mind, our goal is to bring that multitude of food to you guys where you can share with your family the enjoyment of foods from around the world.


Alright, so first off you need to get 1 tomato, 1 onion, a small bunch of cilantro, and a half lime or lemon.


First, you chop your tomato.





Then you chop your onions

Then you chop your cilantro

And finally squeeze your lemon juice out

To finish your final product you sprinkle some salt into your salsa and mix away!

After you finish mixing, ITS TIME TO EAT!!
