How To Make a Delicious and Healthy Omelette

As a high school student, I would like to teach you all how to make a very delicious, simple, and healthy omelette for breakfast!

 

For this 1 person omelette recipe, you will need 2 mushrooms, 1/2 bell peppers, 1/2 onions, 2 eggs, 1 green onion, salt, and pepper.

(Cheese is optional)

(If it’s for 2 people just double the ingredients).

 

First, you cut your mushrooms into thin slices.

 

After you’re done slicing the mushrooms, dice them into even smaller pieces.

 

After you’re finished with the mushrooms, cut your bell peppers into thin slices.

 

Proceed to dice your bell peppers.

 

Now you slice your onions!

 

After you slice them, dice them!

 

Now that you’ve finished cutting everything, turn your stove on to medium heat and put 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the pan. After you’ve let the oil heat up,  put all of your sliced ingredients into the pan.

 

Make sure that you mix it up and don’t overcook it! You can also add a little salt and/or pepper for more flavour!

Now it’s time to make the eggs. First, put 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and a pinch of salt into the eggs and proceeded to mix it together.

 

After it’s all mixed up, pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil into the pan and let it heat up over medium heat. When it’s all heated up pour the eggs in and tip the pan around so the eggs will go into a circular shape.

(It is optional to put cheese in the omelette while it’s cooking.)

 

After you’ve finished, carefully place your omelette onto a plate and put your cooked veggies inside. After, fold the omelette over!

 

Finally, the finished product! You can also add ketchup or any fruits and vegetables on the side to your liking!
